You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that:

You will not upload malicious, corrupted, or password-protected files designed to damage or bypass our proxy infrastructure.
You will not scrape, automated-query, or otherwise abuse the API connection to generate spam requests.

PolicyCheck India operates on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure our AI models (powered by Google Gemini) interpret documents accurately and reflect current IRDAI 2025/2026 guidelines, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

The 100% accuracy of the data extraction (due to variances in PDF layouts, scanned text, or formatting, discrepancies may occur).
The absolute success of any claim disputes or billing negotiations carried out using our custom templates.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PolicyCheck India, its creators, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this Service. This includes, but is not limited to, partial claim rejections by insurance companies or hospital billing disputes.
